    The Wanderer package offers everything you need to add a personal touch to your event.
    This package includes a bartender dedicated to serving your guests, plus two handcrafted signature cocktails to fit your taste and unique theme. To complete your experience, we create a custom designed menu showcasing your chosen drinks.

  • The Firefly

    Designed for larger celebrations of 100 guests or more to experience an unforgettable night

    The Firefly package includes two bartenders and two mobile bar stations for a quicker line to enjoy their drinks!
    This package includes three handcrafted specialty cocktails tailored to your events theme and taste, plus a custom designed bar menu to display your drink options.

    The perfect add on for an event of any size

    Our signature mobile bar trailer is designed to bring elegance and charm to your celebration. This beautifully renovated horse trailer is fully equipped as a traveling bar ready to serve cocktails, beer, wine and your signature drinks.

FAQs

  • A: All of our packages include 5 hours of bartending service, a curated shopping list, garnishes, and simple syrups all provided!

  • We are happy to travel within 50 miles. Travel charge after our 50 mile radius is $2.50 per mile.

    If overnight accommodations are needed there is an additional fee up to $200.

  • A: We love helping our couples and hosts create signature cocktails that reflect their personalities or event theme! We will chat about favorite flavors, a play on your love story, something seasonal, or even something tied to a memory to design drinks that your guests will remember!

  • A: Of course! You are welcome to have your two signature drinks, beer, wine, other liquors. We offer a full bar to our clients and during our consultation we will figure out what best fits your celebration!

  • We can provide straws napkins ice and cups (only plastic) but it's an additional $1.50 per person.

    Plus your garnishes, and simple syrups all provided!

  • A: That depends on your guest count, menu and event style! Don’t worry - during your consultation, we will create a personalized shopping list with quantities tailored to your event.

  • We are a “dry-hire” service which means that you (the host) will purchase both the alcohol and any non-alcoholic drinks you’d like to serve at your event.
    The state of Ohio does not allow mobile bar companies to hold a liquor license, so we are not permitted to directly sell or supply the alcohol directly.

    Here is how it works:
    During your initial consultation, we will discuss the types of drinks and cocktails you want to offer to your guests. From there, we will plan the amounts together and provide you with a curated shopping list so that you know exactly what to purchase. This ensures that you are stocked with just the right amount - no guessing, no waste, no stress!
